The health and safety of our clients are our absolute priority. Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of postnatal care products, many of our articles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or removed from their original packaging.

Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible from the Greater Montreal area. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates. MERE&JOLIE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost packages once a proof of delivery has been issued.
